Our Work Process
Request – The Beginning of Our Partnership
You submit a request specifying the type and volume of cargo to be stored, along with the desired storage period. Our manager contacts you during business hours to clarify details and provide a cost estimate.
Custom Storage Space Allocation
Based on your information, we promptly select the optimal space in our warehouse, taking into account the required temperature regime, zone specifications, as well as the dimensions and type of your cargo.
Cargo Receiving and Inspection
Your shipment arrives at our warehouse. We perform a thorough inspection of its integrity, labeling, and documentation compliance. Upon successful inspection, the cargo is immediately transferred to the designated climate-controlled storage zone.
Storage and Continuous Monitoring
We perform automated temperature and humidity monitoring throughout all storage zones. We strictly adhere to ISO/HACCP procedures to ensure the uninterrupted and professional operation of the warehouse.
Shipping – Just-in-Time Delivery
We assemble the order and prepare all necessary documentation. Final integrity check upon handover. You can pick up the cargo yourself, or we will hand it over to your logistics partners or directly to your end customers.

Yes, provided that all sanitary requirements are met and the appropriate temperature regime is maintained.
To ensure the proper placement of your cargo, the application must be submitted at least 24 hours before the intended unloading date.
The Custodian is liable for damage (spoilage) of the Products in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Compensation for losses is made on the basis of an act signed by both Parties.
Delivery is carried out by the Depositor. We do not provide delivery services.
The cargo must be securely packaged and labeled (name, expiration date, thermal indicators if necessary), ready for palletizing/storage on racks. For food products, the packaging must eliminate the risk of contamination and comply with regulations (food-grade plastic, etc.). More details can be found in the client handbook.
